Who we are

Livetackle AI is the data controller for the personal data processed through livetackle.live. Contact: privacy@livetackle.live. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

What we collect

Account data: email address and a salted, hashed password (never the plain text).
Billing data: payment references and status returned by Paystack. Card numbers never touch our servers — Paystack processes them.
Service data: your plan state (trial/premium), and minimal request logs needed to run and secure the platform.

Why we process it (lawful bases)

To provide your account and subscription (contract); to keep the platform secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests); to comply with accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation). We do not sell personal data, and we do not run third-party ad trackers.

Storage & security

Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. Passwords use PBKDF2-SHA256 with per-user salts. Transport is encrypted (HTTPS). Tokens are short-lived and revocable by expiry.

Retention

\n

Account data is kept while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability of your data, or object to processing. Email privacy@livetackle.live and we will respond within the NDPA timeframe. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Cookies & local storage

We use local storage only to keep you signed in (an authentication token). We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
