1. What this service is

Livetackle AI (“Livetackle”, “we”) publishes statistical predictions for sports matches, together with related data such as model probabilities, market odds and stake-size suggestions. The service is an information product. It is not a bookmaker, we do not accept stakes, and we do not handle wagering funds.

Predictions are probabilistic opinions generated by software from historical data. They are frequently wrong: even a strong model loses a large share of predictions. Nothing on this site constitutes financial, investment or betting advice, and nothing is a guarantee of profit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By subscribing you confirm that using sports-prediction information is legal in your jurisdiction and that any gambling you choose to do is with licensed operators and at your own risk.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service (including automated scraping of paid content) or attempt payment fraud.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Accounts are personal; sharing subscription access beyond your own use may lead to termination without refund. We store passwords only as salted, stretched hashes and never see them in plain text.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Premium access is billed monthly in Nigerian Naira through Paystack, our payment processor. We do not see or store your card details. Paid time stacks on top of any remaining trial. Subscriptions grant access to digital content delivered immediately at purchase.

We may change pricing with prospective effect; changes will not affect an already-paid period.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep data correct and the platform available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or that the model\'s historical edge will persist in the future.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livetackle is not liable for any losses connected with betting or gambling decisions you make — those are yours alone — and our total aggregate liability for any other claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed by contacting us directly so we can try to resolve them in good faith.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
